L.A. On a Tank of Gas

The NeoCon World's Trade Fair happens every year in June at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago.  This is where everything new to interior design is showcased. I missed it this year, but now is the time when all the architectural and design sales reps are making their rounds to all of the design firms to show the new NeoCon products.  Momentum Textiles was in yestereday and the rep was showing off a little commercial fabric collection called "L.A. On a Tank of Gas."  This line won the Editor's Choice Award at NeoCon this year.  It is a great homage to the old zippy architecture found throughout Los Angeles.  I have posted a a few postcards showing the photos the artist took that inspired her designs as well as one of the fabrics from the line called Romeo's.   Enjoy.  Palm Springs anyone?
