The Sunshine Shed
There is a lady that my mom and sisters always try to see when she sets up her booth at a summer show called Festival of the Little Hills in St. Charles, MO. This year I bought more than I planned when I went into her booth, but what excited me the most was a little slip of paper she put into my bags, yes I said bags. It was her website, The Sunshine Shed. Now I can buy her stuff whenever I want!!!!! I can also make a one-stop shopping excursion, via the web, for Christmas! I pulled some images of her ceramics that fit the Autumn season. She has some great Halloween pieces too. Just look at her "seasonal" items. If you look back at my post titled "Boo" you will see two of her pieces. One is the black cat on the mantel and the other is the pumpkin face on the table by my front window. I love her ceramics because they look like they have lived a long and interesting life. They have this wonderful patina that gives each piece a sense that they have been weathered by rain, rust, dirt and sun. I have about 12 pieces of her ceramics. The most you will pay for anything is $38. The only item more expensive than that is a Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil-ish bird bath that goes for a whopping $60.
